It’s our 5th Anniversary!
This month, we’re celebrating something truly special— turning 5 years old!
It’s amazing to think about how far we’ve come in these five years. We’ve hosted incredible talks, interviewing powerhouse women from around the world who are trailblazing their way through Blockchain, Web3, NFTs, and Crypto. These conversations have not only inspired us but have built a community of strong, knowledgeable women pushing boundaries in these fields.
But that’s just the start. Here are a few of the things we’ve been up to over the past five years:
Blockchain Business Breakfasts:
For the past three years, our Blockchain Business Breakfasts have been running monthly in London, and we’ve had the privilege of hosting 25+ meetings so far.
We kicked things off with R3, and soon after moved to the welcoming offices of Penningtons Manches Cooper Lawfirm in London. Each event has been an incredible opportunity to share ideas, discuss business, and network with like-minded professionals who are passionate about blockchain and its impact.
We are especially grateful to Valya, Charlotte and John Adams, these amazing lawyers who have been unwavering in their support of women in blockchain talks through their involvement in our Blockchain Business Breakfasts. Their commitment has helped make our events more insightful and inclusive.
Thank you to everyone who’s been a part of this journey so far. We look forward to many more breakfasts filled with learning, collaboration, and growth!

Our Global Chapters
WiBT’s Global Chapters fully launched 2 year ago and emerged from the core of our mission – to connect, support, and elevate women in, and interested in blockchain tech, globally.
The journey of WiBT Global Chapters over the past years, highlighting the contributions of some of our remarkable community members, and now leaders, such as Aga Marecka (Warsaw, Poland), Kerstin Gold (Berlin, Germany), Paris Dufrayer (Barcelona, Spain), Jemma Fleetwood (Manchester, UK), Jocelyne Royer (Berlin, Germany), North America (US & Canada) Global Ambassador, Bonnie Collins-Harmon, and Africa Global Ambassador, Alison Chiwara FRSA .The success of WiBT Global Chapters is not limited to its leaders; it relies on our co-leaders as well. We have been running our WiBT Memberships for more than 2 years now
In that time we have accumulated a variety of great content, especially because of the number of events we host! As well as amazing conversations, reports we have gathered, courses and workshops we’ve produced with amazing partners, plus so much more!
Our different Tiers are:
-Lite: Was created to support students and those on a lower income or those who just want to dip their toes into the space.
– General : This is for those who are intentional about their learning as well as personal and/or professional development be here in the UK or aboard.
– Plus: Similar to ‘General’, this includes our BBB, an in-person Blockchain Business Breakfast event as well as other products for those wanting to build in the space.
